Jarrod's tech has an extensive video comparing cooling pads. The results all seemed to point to just having it elevated enough for proper inflow of air was all that is needed to keep it cool. That being said I use this cooling pad:

What is most important is to undervolt it. That had the greatest affect for me (I did not repaste). I can game heavy for an hour and it will not exceed 77C. **I also replaced the BIWIN SSD that holds the OS. That little turd ran 20C hotter than the NVME next to it at idle.
