Re the quilt, this one will be bulky if that's an issue. Also, I'd suspect this will be chilly in the 40s unless you're wearing a couple of layers of clothes to bed. I'd try to borrow or buy a used down quilt or sleeping bag instead.

For a week pretty much any chain lube and a rag will do if you have a fairly new chain on the bike.

I use a light cable lock to stop the grab and go thieves. If you'll be leaving your bike for longer times or there are known problems where you'll be camping, I'd bring a heavier cable like https://www.amazon.com/Kryptonite-KryptoFlex-Looped-Security-Cable/dp/B000NORUJW/ref=sr_1_8?crid=2FIJ95T81ZAT1&keywords=cable%2Block%2Bbike&qid=1664593711&qu=eyJxc2MiOiI0LjcwIiwicXNhIjoiNC4wOCIsInFzcCI6IjMuODIifQ%3D%3D&s=sporting-goods&sprefix=cable%2Block%2Bbike%2Csporting%2C123&sr=1-8&th=1

Clothes in a stuff sack works fine, but as a side sleeper I really like the Sea to Summit Aeros.
