So I scored a modded Xbox 360 with a 2TB HD (loaded with 400 games) so I decided that I will incorporate a source switch button on my arcade so I can switch between my gaming PC and the Xbox 360.
I've decided to go with the following product as it allows, with a push of a button, to change the video, USB and audio source (also it supports a 2.1 system which is what I've upgraded the sound system to in my arcade to be):

Once I get my arcade cabinet setup I'll plug everything into the switch first to see if the external button actually works properly (I've read about similar products in which the switch on the switch box works, but the external button switch does not).
Once I've verified that the switch button works and that it is using a momentary switch mechanism, I will look into if I can actually splice the external button wire and have it interface directly with a typical arcade button (I'm using Crown 202 buttons on my cabinet).
