I have this one for my midsize runs. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LQ3RIJU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_JEjqEb7J7824Q
I think with the ones you’re looking at, it will get the job done, but be sure to keep plenty of water flow in the worm as they’re pretty small both from a length perspective and cooling liquid capacity. Compared to my 13g still from moonshine distiller, they’re super thin metal. Ultimately, you’re boiling a mash or wash and condensing it. Anything that will support that will do the trick. The only downside to the thin stainless is mine tends to not make great contact with my stove element if you’re going for a stove top operation. My home built pressure cooker still is much better in that regard, much thicker metal.
I bought that exact one and to be honest I was not happy with it. The cooling coils are crap. It sitting on top of the pot does not help. I had to make modifications to it. And I am still not happy with it. I. should of bought one like this.
