Reading the data from the arrays doesn’t seem to be the issue - it’s something with the burners, either SATA communications, writing, or reading. How old are they? Latest firmware on them?

It’s too bad SATA 6/7 don’t seem to be managed by a separate controller. That might’ve solved the issue.
