Seeds. I would suggest crop king white widow auto for decent potency buds that are huge. However they have a good selection if you want something different.

I recently had to redo my whole setup and I used these products to produce the buds in my post history with some huge photoperiod blueberry buds to be harvested in a few days. I dont suggest the blueberry seeds for a beginner they were a bit rough on me and I have 23 years doing it. I am planning to go back to an hps light system most likely but those lights above do fine I just need more heat in the winter.
