I have a vintage Tiltall, which is excellent (the reviews of the new manufacture Tiltalls are not great) like this (not recommending for or against this listing, just illustrating the type):

The Star Adventurer tripod is well regarded, but the addition of a ball head will put you a bit over budget. https://www.skywatcherusa.com/products/star-adventurer-tripod
Around the $100 is where you can get decent photographic tripods, and frankly, in that price range they're all essentially the same thing with different brand names. I don't really like the standard photographic tripod design for AP (there's very little resistance to rotation around the z axis thanks to the head being attached by a single screw with no bearing surface to speak of, which is an issue when trying to make fine adjustments, especially with a tracker), but they're certainly useable.
I'm talking about this style (I am not recommending for or against this specific listing, just using it as an example of the design): https://www.amazon.com/GEEKOTO-Monopod-Compact-Aluminum-Traveller/dp/B07DFBYFGC/
Certainly Avoid tripods that look like this:
