I bought the Annke C500's. Pretty cheap, often have coupons available (so often you should only buy them when there's a coupon).
My back yard has no-to-minimal light back there, so it's all about the camera's IR emitter brightness and the camera's sensitivity to it. I didn't use digital cams for my 2MP locations, they were analog to a DVR. But when I upgraded them to 5MP PoE cams, the IR night view became very useable. Suddenly saw shadows being cast from my porch cameras' IR lights, made it look like my back porch light was on. The video looks fine- puts the 5MP Reolinks that I have to shame- but the audio is their weak point. The microphone placement allows for a ton of wind blast, even in very light breeze days. That's something I don't get with the Reolinks.
