For my money, wide keyboards are useless, and being able to mouse without moving my hands is de rigeur.

So I'd suggest the Thinkpad USB keyboard with trackpoint.

I use my pen tablet as a mousepad, so those two go together.

If I could stand the too-short throw of the mac aluminum keyboards, I suppose I'd get the small BT one and the BT track--er--pad. But I had an aluminum USB keyboard, and I started getting finger pain from the hammering.
