I have been through 4 license plate style cameras on Amazon. Here is my experience on them hopefully this will help! They all included a 20-25ft RCA cable and some sort of power lead. The video feed quality is about the same on all of them.. "average".

www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005Q65ZIK $19 - Worked OK for the couple of weeks that I used it, but plastic construction and looked ugly and out of place how it mounts on top of the license plate- covers up some of the top of the plate lettering. 135* viewing angle was too narrow for my use. Had guide lines in the video feed. Decent LED illumination.

www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00T2GX37A $40 - 180* and metal construction and much cleaner looking than the first one above. Tested OK but ended up sending it back as I really wanted a full frame mount style. 180* angle was more like 160*ish from what I recall. I don't remember if it actually had guide lines in the feed or not. Didn't test night time LED illumination.

www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00Z9R77GO $27 - My favorite as it was metal, had guide lines in the feed, and decent LED illumination. 170* viewing angle was pretty close to 170*. However, it started randomly failing after 2 weeks use and some rain (probably not fully water proof). It eventually stopped working completely. Sent it back.

www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0051XB2NK $130(!!!) - The one I'm currently using, which is a good true 175* viewing angle (what I was needing) and solid metal construction. Lasting for 1+ months so far through multiple car washes and rain storms. Small footprint (hard to tell it's even a camera when looking at it). Does NOT have guide lines in the feed, and the LED illumination is barely acceptable. However, my car's reverse lights help out a lot with that, so not that big of a deal. Used a proprietary small plug style that I appreciated as it was to be threaded through a small hole in the body, but the little plug was frail and I ended up cutting it off and hard-wiring it to the existing RCA+power plugs I already in pace with the previous cameras. This camera/frame construction is the highest quality so far, but overpriced in my opinion.
