I have the 3rd one down, the "even smaller, cheap noname strap". It works perfectly for me. I wouldn't want any other.
I think ppl need to remember everyone's head is shaped differently, so very rare for a strap that's perfect for everyone. The biggest "complaint" about this strap is ppl say the lower portion of the back side doesn't fit the back of your head snuggly, and this is absolutely true. Even with me there's probably a solid half inch space between that portion and the back of my head. However it doesn't make the strap or where it does fit my head any less comfortable or supportive, again for me.
I have a friend who has the exact same strap, purchased it on my recommendation, and pressure on his face seems to bother him (I have a feeling he's tightening the strap too much, but too each their own) a little bit more than it does me. What he's chose to do is to wear a skull cap which is soft and small prior to putting the headset and the strap on. For him it relieves a lot of what he describes as the pressure, and also fills that small space in the back where the strap fits even more comfortably for him.
Again myself, it works absolutely perfectly, I'm also not somebody who plays for two or three hours at a time, but an hour in I have absolutely no discomfort anywhere on my face or head.
It also fits perfectly in my "noname case" that I bought for everything. IMO, the absolute best case you can get for the Quest 2. And the price can't be beat. Blows away Oculus stock case. And smaller than it appears also
