Its a waterless nebulizer, not one of those diffusers that use a couple drops of oil and a cup of water.
I purchased one like this from aliexpress for around $60 (crazy they are 200 on amazon)

and then a few of the plug in styles, they produce a very fine....well not really a mist but more like a cloud at a set interval.
As risky as I felt it was, I ordered an amazing one for 60 dollars from AliExpress. It came in about three weeks. It sells for 3-400 elsewhere, and I just looked for what I knew was already made in China on the site for the design, and the size. I bought a 300 ml machine, it is amazing. I wish I could post a video of it, but Amazon and elsewhere marks them up.
It is waterless, like the resorts use. I bought the scent from 1 Hotel from Scentfluence, it was expensive but it lasts forever. It is the top scent, lots of knockoffs (like from Aroma 360) but Scentfluence has the OG deal with the resorts they list.
My hobby now is trying to figure out how to mix my own essential oils so I don't have to spend 50 on theirs, but I don't want to break the machine. Thick oils can clog it up. I even asked several companies what their base oil is, no one will respond. I think there might be a little alcohol in it. Still trying to figure it out, I want to make a custom scent, but look into the "My Way" scent if you are into hotel custom blends. My machine is the one you are thinking of, it can also be hooked up to the whole house hvac, but doesn't need to be. I'd be happy to share more thoughts. I even bought extra bottles to screw in so I wouldn't blend scents. I am pasting a link to the one I have (it runs on an app, that took some playing with to get to use) but it can be done manually. If you want me to post the Aliexpress one I can, but mine is identical to this one, in every way. Comparison to what I bought
