Short of a miracle HDMI to USB micro B device, you could use an adapter like this to turn your type-b input to a type-c

But HDMI doesn't natively support Type-c ports, as they use display port protocols. Which is not bi-directionally compatible with HDMI.
So you would need a second active adapter to convert the signal from the dock. Like this;

And then use a small USB-C cable to connect it to your displays new input.
I'm not totally versed in USB micro connections, but it is a v3.2 super speed port. So this pairing of adapters SHOULD work.
