Pretty much anyone that knows mice is going to recommend the Logitech G502. It currently has the best sensor on the market and zero acceleration, plenty of easy to reach buttons, free-spinning middle wheel (or geared like a normal one. your choice with a button press), weight tuning, and a very decent price for its performance. It used to have an issue with the feet glue coming undone, but they've since fixed this so it'll last you a very long time. The software is great and every button is customizable. The "sniper" button can be configured like a shift key, which means holding it down will temporarily change all the binds on the mouse. Basically you'll never run out of buttons. Amazon has it for $54 and if you wait a month or two you can get it for ~$40. It's well worth more than $54 though.

Headset-wise, I must again recommend a Logitech product. The Logitech G35 is very cheap at $60 and has 7.1 simulated surround sound which works extremely well. The sound in general is incredible for the price, and it has a switch to go to stereo mode for music or whatever else you need it for. I promise you'll love the way they sound. The headset has three macro buttons, a sturdy volume wheel, the mic automatically mutes when put up, is extremely comfortable for hours-long sessions, and has a long cord with a Velcro cable tie connected to it. It uses the same software the mouse uses, so you can control both of them from one point. The software section for this headset also contains a voice changer if you're into that kind of thing, but most importantly it allows you to adjust the EQ and balance of the speakers, including surround sound balance. Great for pretty much every kind of sound you want to hear through it. I have this headset and it's lasted me issue-free for about 4 years now.

Now keyboard... that's a whole other animal. Unfortunately I don't quite have the time to get into keyboard details so I'll have to just offer advice on the two. There are like seven billion different keyboards that are worthy lol. I do recommend you spend extra if possible and get a mechanical keyboard. They're far more reliable and customizable than a membrane.
