Another vote for learning to sharpen this bad boy yourself. It’s almost certainly mystery “stainless steel” which means it will be super easy to sharpen once you get the basics down. Something like this is a good start IMO:

Once you get decent it shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes to get this thing serviceable again. Having someone else sharpen it will be an endless cycle because this steel is no doubt not going to hold a great edge for very long.
