The first 3 are the same board as far as I can tell, and I wouldn't recommend any of them. There's no excuse to have an 8 bit board these days, especially at that price, when so many 32 bit boards are available.
The 4th option, Creality 4.2.7 is what I use on most of my 3D printers and they are great. However, if you have an Ender 5 Plus, this won't work out of the box. It only has a single Z motor driver and the Plus needs 2.
You could alternatively get the BIGTREETECH SKR Mini E3 V3 instead. While I don't care much for the company, it's probably the best choice. It has a 32 bit processor, silent TMC2209 drivers, dual Z motor ports and some other bells and whistles.
