I installed these on my 425 magnum: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SFG7GN9
You could use the switch they give you and run both high beams and these lights, but I wired it up with a little custom pigtail that puts the relay signal wire on the low beam selector.
I replaced my high beam lamp with this, but you need to verify if your Xplorer uses an H4 base like my Magnum (it almost certainly does). https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QBYFVX6
Do you know what the wattage of your low beams per lamp might be? It will give me a better idea of what kind of decrease in draw you might want. I believe the Magnum is 35w/bulb on the low beams, 60w on the high beam bulb, while the aftermarket LED low beams are, if the claim is correct, 60w/enclosure, and the LED high beam is 15w.
Another note is that with the above low beam and high beam swap, the low beams end up at least twice as bright as the high beam.
The winch is a huge power hog hence the fat wiring and 50 some amp breaker they usually come with. With any setup where the winch is going to be used a lot, keeping your battery on a battery tender/ trickle charger while parked is a good idea.
