Here's an amazon listing for a decal with that exact image, claiming it's an alchemical symbol for amalgamation- I don't have time to dig through alchemical manuscripts to find a source for that, though. Apparently Geddy Lee from the band Rush had a similar sticker on his bass at one point, going by this eleven-year-old thread on a bass forum I found.
