I recently picked up a 3090 FTW3, and was pretty unhappy with the mining Memory Junction temps. They were hitting about 100-102. Since I don't plan on using my GPU to boil water, I started looking at solutions. At first, I had a Wraith sitting there and it dropped the temps down on the Tj by about 6 degrees. However, I also wanted to get rid of the AIO that I have had on my 3800X for the last year and a half or so. It did a good job keeping the processor cool, but my extended 10 year warranty (Great deal for 60 bucks on a $3K graphics card, I wouldn't pass on that when registering your card) does not cover water damage. So back to air I went. I ended up using the Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4, which did not leave much room to cool that backplate on the GPU.

After hours of research, I found this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079YJ8KKV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This was a perfect fit, and I had just enough room between the DRP and the GPU. It seems as though it would be loud, being a 1U processor cooler, but it is actually very quiet, even at 2500 RPM. It exhausts air out the top of the blower, and I was able to fit it perfectly to the entire VRAM area while pointing it at the back of the case, removing one of the PCI brackets above the GPU to allow that hot air to escape. I applied thermal tape to all areas that contact the backplate. I will post pictures if anyone is interested, I am just beat as I have been working 70 hour weeks. I just didn't have the energy to document it during the process.

End result is mining for the last 24 hours my Tj has averaged about 94C at room temp of 70F. I have my memory clocked to +1300 (10,802MHz), and have been averaging about 118MH/s at 275W.
