Currently, I’m into pilot V5 which is also fine tip! Give it 2-3 seconds before touching it. It won’t smudge unless you just wrote and touched it the same second.

Another user recommends G2 pilot pens, I love them, but I personally feel if you love fine point, it may be a bit thicker, but has a beautiful texture while writing on paper.
