I think almost any motor thats in the 6v range would work (to run on batteries), but its the final RPM's that youd need to consider. There are gearbox versions of that same motor that bring the rpm down to the appropriate speed. My guess is around 500 rpm https://www.amazon.com/Greartisan-500RPM-Torque-Reduction-Gearbox/dp/B07FVRL4SW/?th=1, but the gearing could also be done on the drumstick drive mechanism itself. Ie if you were using the basic motor straight @ 16000 rpm, youd need around a 3:1 gear ratio to bring it down to 533
