I'm having the same problem, having bought a Link Hub (supported and controlled by the Wink app until recently) and GE bulb package 2-3 years ago at Home Depot (that is still being sold BTW - https://www.amazon.com/GE-Starter-Light-65-Watt-Equivalent/dp/B00TJ4WMZE/ref=pd_sbs_201_5?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00TJ4WMZE&pd_rd_r=FZ06XQRG004Y9PEMZ0A0&pd_rd_w=xwaAy&pd_rd_wg=Uu72V&psc=1&refRID=FZ06XQRG004Y9PEMZ0A0). It's flashing purple, won't connect to the internet, and I found out is no longer manufactured or supported by Wink only by doing an exhaustive search. I added a couple of Cree smart bulbs about a year later and everything worked fine until about a month ago.
Like graybeard95 and jesusfmoreno, I would like to know which hub is going to control the four ($60+ worth) GE and Cree smart bulbs that are not "smart" any longer. I hesitate to purchase a Wink product after this fiasco and the fact that they didn't bother informing me that my hub was going to die, even though they have my email address, having used their app for 2+ years.
Is there a non-Wink hub I can buy that will control the legacy GE Link (which are also no longer manufactured) and Cree A19 smart bulbs I have? If not, will the Wink Hub or Wink Hub 2 control my GE/Cree bulbs?
Cheers!
