Look on FB for a local bariatric group to join. Great places for support and also trading/gifting things as you move past that stage. Like I got ride of some chewable vitamins I didn't need after week 2 cause I could swallow pills fine, but someone else in the group was still having issues. Same thing for broths and powders I over bought for early stage. Good way to try stuff, help others, and also get rid of excess.
I found using a 4 oz bartenders measuring glass really helped me in the beginning with getting in my liquids. My goal was to empty the little glass every hour, then half hour, etc till I could drink normally again.
Oh and an apple watch if you go that way tech wise and have any sort of ADHD or problems remembering to do basic stuff, LIKE drinking & eating. 14 months out and I'm still relying on alarms cause I'll just forget to drink for like half the day if I'm in the groove at work.
Oh and a ninja blender or similar is nice for once you get to puree food stage.
