Early on I decided I didn't want to run the LEDs off the 24v supply so I could control them independently. Since the top comes off I also wanted them to be something I could disconnect easily from power so I went USB.
I remembered a lot of people use the LACK for networking gear so I used a 1U rack mount PDU. 1. Printer 2. LED usb power supply 3. Wyze camera (not in pic) 4-7. reserved for future use. prob some kind of venting/filtration function 8. Filament dryer
These were the lights I bought randomly. Cut them into thirds and soldered a longer USB cord onto them.

5V LED tape is pretty common. I'd gut the LEDs and controls and just use the wiring. These are 1200 lm 1.4 meter so you would need to cut it into several sections and wire them together in parallel. They need a 2A 5V supply.
