No reason you can’t, but it will be more expensive that an off the shelf AIO. As long as there’s mounts for your cpu that fit the pump/cpu block combo then there should be no issues. That being said if you want better performance than your Kracken you’ll need a larger/more radiators than the 280 you have now. If you’re not throttling I’d actually recommend you swap the idea, keep the cpu aio, and create a custom loop “aio” for your gpu because that’s where most of the noise/heat in your system comes from.

This alpha cool pump/cpu block fits am4, is available, and is cheaper than the pro model you linked if you still want to do the custom cpu Aio and keep cost down.
