I am actually planning on doing pretty much the same stuff as you have. With a couple differences. That it thermostat is a good idea and I didn't think of that at all, I'm now planning to do that in the future, haha. Thanks!

But yeah I got this fan . One of those window vent adapters for the portable stand up AC's and a flexible AC duct aswell. Along with a hygrometer to measure the inside temp & and humidity. Should I also get a separate intake fan for the enclosure, or would the exhaust fan be enough?

I'm new to printing, tbh I haven't even started using my ender 3 pro yet, I just got it last week. I plan on mostly just using PLA+ for right now, I know most say that you either shouldn't use an enclosure for PLA or that an enclosure isn't necessary for it. I know that with my 2 cats I absolutely need an enclosure. My cats already chewed up my extruder fan wires on my maker select V2, 2 days after I got it. Plus I'm in a 1 bedroom apt. So a separate room that the cats don't have access to...isnt possible for me.

I wanted to ask you- how large is your enclosure? I made sure mine is atleast 1.5-2" bigger than my ender 3 Pros dimensions. Length, Width and Height wise. I was initially told a bigger enclosure is better, but I've also been told that you don't want an enclosure that is too much larger than your printer is ...so I just went with giving myself the 1.5-2" extra inches on all sides.

I live on the north east, and my rooms hygrometer stays around 45-50% humidity. Is that fine for PLA? Because my spool of filament is going to more than likely have to sit on the top of my enclosure and be fed through a hole into the enclosure, which I've seen done before, so I don't mind that. Just wondering if I should get a drybox that can feed the filament into the enclosure that I can mount on top. Like the PolyMaker on Amazon.. or is that just unnecessary for PLA? Since it doesn't absorb as much moisture as other filaments do I was told.

Sorry for the story and all the questions haha, just wanna make sure I'm all set so I can start using my ender already. I'm probably thinking too much into it, but I wanna make sure it's 1, safe from my damn cats lol and 2, I don't run into humidity issues etc. Cause I'm sure I'm gonna have enough issues to begin with.
