Getting a neatfi lamp (neatfi xl 2200 lumens) made a HUGE difference in my painting! It is amazingly bright and didn't cause as much reflection/glare as my little ring lights did, which was a huge problem with them.

Also they have adjustable brightness so if the max brightness is too much, you can just turn it down. It has a pretty decent brightness range.
