I used a back brace and it did way more good than the backpod. If you combine this with some upper body mobilization excersise, like open book, it might be a way cheaper and more effective option. Here is the item below if it helps anyone.

I bought that to keep myself mindful and in better posture for longer periods. There isn't really an easy answer other than to just maintain the posture and keep coming back to the better posture after falling out of it.
Someone else mentioned exercises. If you have the means, you might go see a physical therapist who can assess your posture and create a routine for you to reach your goal.
ETA: There's also many physical therapists who post videos on youtube about posture. If you're hesitant to visit one, I've watched videos to round out my exercises and there's good ones. A lot of them said the same thing my real PT has told me when I was being treated. u/siebzhen tagging so you intercept the ETA.
