A portable Level 2 is going to be as expensive as a home Level 2.
Most portable Level 2 chargers are dual Level 1 and 2.
Do you want to be spending that much money?
Unfortunately OEM Level 1 is also pretty expensive.
The Lectron Level 1 is $199, Lectron is a known quality brand but not UL Listed: https://smile.amazon.com/Lectron-Level-Charger-Extension-UL-Certified/dp/B08HHBDQ88 Can you live with Level 1 charging at home until you get your Level 2 set up?
If you just want a level 1 charger go with the Lectron. The Webasto can be plugged into a 220 volt. It maybe good if you travel and there are any 220 volt plugs around. For me I went with the lectron since I know very few places who will have a 220 volt around. Don't get me wrong, I have a chargepoint flex at home that uses a 220V plug. The lectron though goes with me if I can't find a charging station. A trickle charge is better than nothing.
Depends on how much you want to spend. Amazon has a lot of portable J1772 chargers for around $200. Most of them are all made in the same Chinese plant, just with different brand names.
Have you checked the plug and wire for any damage on your old one? They're pretty sturdy but improper hanging can cause a wire to fail.
