I got this kit to use the tow hook and avoid drilling into the bumper, and it fit perfectly. I recommend getting some epoxy or threadlocker to ensure the plate doesn’t unscrew itself.

I went this route and am happy so far. A few caveats:
1. Order one like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01A1IYGHS?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details . I tried this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077SP8TB1?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details and it didn't stay tight.
2. Buy blue loctite and use it to ensure the plate doesn't loosen up.
3. The instructions say to keep the allen wrenches with the car so you can remove the plate if you need a tow.
That's the solution I went with, purchased through Amazon.
For any future readers, I went and bought a relocator kit from Amazon, found here. My only concern is the Philips screw holding the mount in place is well, a Philips head, and has to accommodate for some space for the mount, so it doesn't feel absolutely secure in place.
With that said, I've been running it down the interstates at like 110/120 mph (~190kmh) and it hasn't come loose at all, maybe it would tilt but you can tilt it back when you get out of the car. Definitely a good cheaper option for me compared to the super expensive ones from the other websites.
