I ordered these Renthals (link below) for $15. Love them. I'd recommend the medium texture. As for installing, it'll take 3 minutes. Box cutter off the old ones. Scuff up the passenger side with a little sandpaper. Wipe both sides with some cleaner/alcohol. Spray the inside of the grips with hairspray (the cheap aquanet shit, nothing fancy) and twist them on. Just make sure your last twist has everything looking straight. Once they're on, they're going nowhere. Last tip: no riding and no touching them for 12 hours. Edit: Make sure you get 7/8 as the size regardless of the brand you decide on and that they're open ended to accommodate your bar ends.
