I use a Kensington Expert with my left hand primarily for scrolling and not pointing. I have the left-hand buttons set as Page Up and Page Down, with Home and End assigned to the top and bottom double-button presses, respectively (pressing both top buttons or both bottom buttons can trigger a command). I keep the ball in there, but you can take it out to make it easier to spin the ring with one finger.
I'm going to try to mod the Expert with some Nyogel 767A for smoother, damped motion.
Edit: Also, the Elecom Relacon handheld trackball had a nice scroll wheel with tilt and several assignable buttons, letting you sit back and relax while pointing and scrolling effectively. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08GSCC8RX?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
I use the Nreal Air glasses with Samsung Dex.
I split screen with Routinery and it keeps me following my workouts, morning & evening routines. This app has changed my life. Dex with Nreal Airs have hacked my life, I am healthier, happier, and live in a clean apartment.
I haven't paid for GeForce Now but have used Parsec on my gaming computer.
It's amazing being able to watch YouTube while on the bench and google maps while riding bicycle to work. I broke my last phone screen by a crappy bicycle phone holder and can keep my phone in my pocket with these AR glasses.
I use this mouse that lets me control screen in my jacket pocket while walking in the cold. A lot of apps have a mic option you can use instead of typing.
