I bought a shower stool, which is not a purchase I regret at all. Made the entire showering process a lot easier. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00REPL8RI?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Like others have mentioned, a wedge pillow was helpful in propping up my leg.
I made sure to have a larger water bottle so it didn't have to be refilled super often.
Oversized sweatpants were helpful to wear over shorts and the brace when I had to go to appointments or pt, since it was mid January when I had surgery. I also bought new leggings for when I wanted to go out and about, which were great for wearing under the brace.
I bought a few colpacs that were useful for icing after returning to work (hospital provided iceman for home use). They stay really malleable and cold for a while. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000QFZRNE?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
My boyfriend and I got a few wooden serving trays with handles for Christmas, which ended up being really useful since he could bring me food. They also made it easier for eating while in bed.
These ones, I cannot recommend it enough. Do yourself a favor and buy 2 of the oversized.
