Spotify 320 is more than sufficient.
WiFi Streamer with a built in DAC:

whereas fewer amps have a tv input.
All modern TV's output uncompressed digital audio over optical TOSLINK, and once you cross the $200 mark it's pretty hard to find an amp that doesn't have TOSLINK.
Anyway, for a $1000 total budget you should be shopping in the $500-750 range for speakers. The B1+ are a great deal at $250-300 but they are not going to be competitive with the best at double their price. These would be my choices for $1000 give or take:

TV connects to optical, and it has a built in phono stage for a turntable. If you want wireless audio as well add this:

Or better yet, skip Bluetooth and go with wifi-based streaming instead, which has no quality loss, requires no fumbling with Bluetooth pairing, and won't disconnect if you wander into the next room with your phone:

For under $1000 in the USA, if you want a system that you can stream to wirelessly with no quality loss, and that has analog inputs so you can connect a turntable...

Connect the Wiim streamer to the Yamaha over optical.
Total price is under $700, meaning you could even fit in a good turntable like the Fluance RT82 and still stay under budget.
If you favor a brighter and more transparent sound over a warm and laid back one, swap the Wharefedales for the KEFs. But I think most people would probably enjoy the Wharfedales more... especially for rap music since they really have quite great bass for their size and price.
Typo in my links. Meant to include this.

An alternative to Bluetooth is direct WiFi streaming with voice or app control to connect to the Onkyo stereo receiver:
Echo Dot $25 with Alexa. I just tell it to play what music or radio station I want.
Wiim Mini $95 has Apple Airplay 2 and Siri.
I think both have Spotify, Apple Music or Amazon Music or other services or any radio station around the world.
This is a cheap and excellent solution to your problem

I think the WiiM Mini AirPlay2 Wireless Audio Streamer does all you need and more at the lowest cost for these devices.
But most smart TVs have Apple Music now. This could be an option you already have. AM on LG looks great on screen too. I think the others are similarly good.

A Nvidia Shield can do it but you need to cast to it, the Android TV app maxes out at 320k.
If you have an Apple device you can buy a WiiM mini.
