Well, I just checked on Amazon.com, and that is not the case as far as I can see.

They list it at $39.88 (for the PS4 version) and you can buy it from other sellers new at $35.89.

So unless there's something I'm missing, it seems like if I wanted to buy it from Amazon's stock directly, I'm paying $3.99 more, plus the price of a Prime membership.

Not trying to be argumentative; if there's something I'm missing, I honestly want to see it, but what I'm seeing right now doesn't bear that up.
