My Razer Deathadder Black Edition is a great mouse. I love the simple design, and the responsiveness. It is also very affordable for a gaming mouse; about $41 on Amazon right now (your $65 will definitely cover it). Mine has lasted almost two years now :)

For slightly more (~$57), you can get one with colors customizable with the razer software. Both mice have two macro buttons.

As for keyboard, I love my Rosewill RK9000. Doesn't have many macro keys, if you're looking for that, but the feel of the mechanical Cherry MX Blue switches provides a very solid feel unmatched by many keyboards. The Razer chroma keyboard is also very nice however, if you want macros. It doesn't use Cherry switches, but the feel is still very responsive, and the keyboard looks very sleek, which is my main complaint against the Rosewill. The Chroma comes in multiple versions, including a "stealth" version that is quieter than the average mechanical keyboard, which is typically very noisy. The most expensive version of the chroma is currently $167 on amazon. The price gives you this, which is very cool, but if your budget is tight, you can get the same thing without the flashy colors for about $75-$80.

I don't have a gaming headset, but I would recommend the Audio Technica ATH-M50x headphones (usually around $150), which you could add your own microphone to on a webcam or add one of these to.

I hope this helps!

TL;DR

Mouse:

Razer Deathadder - $41-$56 [Reliable, responsive, two macros]

Keyboard:

Rosewill RK9000 - $97-$130 [Responsive, reliable, although below average customer service]

Razer Chroma $76-$170 [Affordable, light, quiet, reliable, but notoriously terrible customer support (have not experienced this first hand, but amazon reviews are full of horror stories. Mine has been fine for 7 months though)]
