You don't. Without seeing the fridge's circuit diagram, you don't know if there's a 12v rail inside it. Even if there is, you don't know if it has enough spare current to power your pump.

The correct way is pretty simple.

  1. Buy a power strip
  2. Plug a 12V, 60W power supply into the power strip
  3. Power the pump with the DC power supply.

I'd be surprised if you didn't have some already, they're kind of ubiquitous.

Edit: and remember, you need something that can take the DIN9 output video (MegaDrive/Genesis model 2) and upscale it to a modern TV unless you have a RGB monitor. I use a Genesis Model 2 SCART cable and an OSSC.
