Xlear, for sure. You can find it locally, like at CVS. But in the future, keep a bottle or two of Enovid on hand--it likely has slightly higher efficacy. Here's what I've told others:

• Use Xlear nasal spray for regular situations
• Use Enovid nasal spray for higher-risk situations (this is you)

• Rinse and garage with a > .07% CPC mouthwash (e.g., Crest Pro-Health Clinical, Walmart has a generic)

If you want to take paxlovid if you do get it, you might consider testing for 10 days after exposure (def through 6, though). If your insurance doesn't cover it, these are cheap, good tests:
