Actually hold that thought I did a trial add of the shoes to my amazon account and they ended up being the following for shipping to Brisbane (ie a metro area):

Anyway as far as parcel forwarders I used hopshopgo, they're paypals service so I thought it was a safe first bet. Next time I would probably try using Australia posts "shopmate" as hopshopgo seemed to increase the weight of the package somehow and charged me more than I expected. I think you'd have to ask/look around for the best one. I was in a rush because I didn't want to miss out on the amazon sale when I picked mine.
