I’m a FTM and a stomach sleeper and I’ve been using this type of pillow for the past few months. For a while, I was sleeping with one leg out to prop me up a bit, but eventually, my belly got large enough that I had to transition to side sleeping and this helped a ton.
Alternatively, I know on r/babybumps some people have talked about just using ALL the pillows to stomach sleep through the entire pregnancy, so that is also an option.
