Also take care of your cables, take like 10 seconds to wrap it up properly when you store it into your bag or buy two cables + another charger so you avoid coiling and uncoiling the wire frequently. I've had my Matebook X Pro with the original cable and it has no signs of wear. These cable end protectors help a good amount as well.
The 2 meter cable sold in the Google Store is the same cable that comes with the charger. As you found, it is out of stock.
