Very similar experience. I ordered a kit specifically for the newer 40th anniversary Ms Pac Man Partycade. Got an Android TV box instead of a Raspberry Pi, The LCD converter was the wrong model for the newer monitor so the display was shifted 1/2" off center so cut off UI and game elements, the preinstalled theme (which you can't change) is garbage, ROMs are missing or don't work. Also there's no power for the light-up marquee preinstalled on this model of Partycade. The graphics on the replacement parts are decent and the controls seem fine, but the build quality is sub par. You have to drill your own holes in their parts to install it, which they neglect to mention. I also ended up just scrapping most of it and starting over with a Raspberry Pi and new LCD converter. As many have pointed out, their customer service is useless and just assumes the customer did something wrong and had no interest in troubleshooting any of the issues. I think you got the wrong board. The monitor model should be DV170YGZ-N10(the left sticker).
