I'll copy paste a similar thing I commented on another post earlier:

Here's an electric razor that I use: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B643VHJS It's very quick and effective: sometimes I don't shave my legs for a month and an electric razor allows me to quickly get the hair back down into a condition where touchup razor shaving in the shower is fast and effective. With this I could easily shave my leg hair down from dense and shaggy to almost entirely smooth within 20-30ish minutes.

Here's the epilator I have (unfortunately it costs $70 more than when I bought it now): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00TI5ZMZQ Epilators are mostly great for arm, chest/stomach, and armpit hair, but also work wonders for legs and leave the skin smoother for longer than shaving.

As for razor suggestions, the best razor I've used for legs is this: https://www.amazon.com/Gillette-Venus-Womens-Handle-Refills/dp/B00MAOCXX6/ I got one for free included with another beauty product and it worked so amazingly and comfortably I can't imagine using another razor for my legs.

And remember to exfoliate any area that you remove hair from. I like Dove exfoliation cream but there's all sorts of brands and types for different skin types and levels of need as well as other exfoliation products you could try.

If you're committed to laziness just do what cis girls do, use electric shavers and epilators.

I wouldn't suggest waxing, it's time consuming and messy. At home waxing is definitely not designed around ease of use or thick/heavy body hair.
