Answered my own question: If i have a brush I can clean it. Right? (How do I know if a certain bombilla can be cleaned?)

I found so much more searching again at

Some are so cheap, several and two brushes under $10.

for instance this 2 OR that 3

Others are 2 or 6 bombilla in the order, plus a brush. This is 1 for $6

How do I tell if some would not be good in some way I haven't guessed. All look like the holes are the same size.
