Would a protein shake do the trick? They come in a bunch of flavors and you can alter the texture and consistency based on the ratio of powder to milk. The vanilla one is pretty good too and you can alter the flavor by adding cinnamon, ginger or any number of other seasonings.

It mixes with water, so no milk/juice needed. Though it's nice with a nice almond milk, too.
