I personally use Ra Optics Thutmose about 1 or 2 hours before bed and Gunnar Intercept (yellow amber lens) for work on a computer or leading up to bed. The Gunnars are much more comfortable and well made but only block 67 percent of blue light. They reduce eye strain for sure. The Ra Optics ultimate night lenses block all blue/green light and dim the total amount of light a bit like sunglasses. They are ideal for winding down before bed, however, the frames on the Thutmose are made by Zenni and creek a bit when I put them on. I also don't like that the lenses are so tight on my face my eyelashes brush up against them. If I could get another pair I would go with EMR Cyclops + Gunnar Intercept combo. If you buy the Gunnars on Drop (also called Massdrop) they are actually pretty affordable ($27.99 for the Intercept non-prescriptions) and you could get both with your budget.
