Samsung sold Smartthings business to Aeotec. The Samsung SmartThings Hub(v3) has curved corners and slimmer than the previous versions. The old hub looks more like a white Apple TV. I have the v3 and works fine. You might be able to find used ones on Craigslist, or buy a new Aeotec hub instead.

Amazon (3rd party sellers) and Lowes are probably selling its remaining inventory and probably looking to sell it at a premium. However, Aeotec's hub is the same as v3 and I believe it's around $130.
