If the charger says quickcharge, it should work with the phone. Doesn't matter if they list the phone in the description or not.

Both should charge at the same speed, but I do like the HTC cable a lot. Its pretty beefy and durable.

I've tested a ton of chargers with my USB multimeter and I found that as long as you don't get chargers that are drastically cheaper than the rest($5), they seem to work well.
