For starters, I have a NordicTrack x3 incline trainer that I've used for cardio for well over a year. It's been raining here, but I set that thing to 20-32% incline and power hike. Easy cardio, raises the HR to where I want it to be (I'm a fitness data geek and always wear a chest HR monitor), and I have no excuse as it's in my garage.
I have gymnastic rings hooked up to a joist in my garage.
I have an 80-85lb sandbag that I've been using just about every day, as well as a 125lb ball-shaped sandbag for front squats.
I have these ab rollers.
I also have a 18x20x24in plyo box that I used for split squats, step-ups, and sitting.
I have two weighted vests, one 12lb and one ~30lb.
Last, I have 52.5lb adjustable weight Bowflex dumbbells for snatches, single-arm overhead press, tricep extensions, lateral raises, and curls.
I have no desire to get shredded or huge. Ultimately, my fitness goals are to stay athletic for rec league basketball and stay mobile and quick for golf for the rest of my life. Added strength is fine, but at this point, it's about mobility, coordination, and stamina. The 80lb sandbag is huge for me. Swinging the thing around the body in the form of cleans, presses, and squats provides a solid workout.
