Where did you find these? I would definitely start there. When I got bit by one and confirmed that it was indeed a bed bug, all signs pointed to the couch although I was unable to find much. My house is pretty big so they hadn’t and still haven’t made their way to my room. Definitely get anything that you can into the dryer on high heat and put it in plastic containers. Steam, steam, steam. I bought a great bissell steamer off amazon for about $40. I would steam all the furniture since you’re not finding evidence. Diatomaceous earth for any cracks and crevices especially ones that can’t get wet such as outlets. Be careful with the DE as it is very drying and can irritate eyes and lungs (use a mask). I would be careful using repellents because they can cause the bugs to spread, amplifying the problem. I was told to get some crossfire and spray everything in my house (floor trim, furniture, bedding, etc). They don’t detect it so they can’t run from it. I would highly recommend. After just one application, I have not been bit but plan to treat a few more times to ensure they are really all gone. If you do get crossfire, be sure to follow the instructions. It’s a little on the expensive side at $40 for a small bottle but it makes a gallon when combined with water. It’s a sucky situation but if you stay on top of it, you can get rid of them. Best of luck.
